Job Description
The Board of Education is seeking outstanding candidates for Superintendent of Pembroke Community Consolidated School District #259.

The District Profile: The Pembroke Community Consolidated School District #259 has an enrollment of approximately 300 students. A seven member Board of Education governs the district. See district website for application process and requirements: www.pembroke.k12.il.us or call 815-944-5448.

The Qualifications: Illinois Superintendent Certificate; significant leadership experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in increasing student achievement and a strong financial manager.

The Contract and Compensation: A start date and a regionally competitive salary plus a comprehensive benefits package will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
