Job Description
Oak Park & River Forest High School is a public four-year comprehensive single district high school serving over 3,300 students. The District serves the Chicago suburban communities of Oak Park and River Forest which are located ten miles west of the Chicago Loop.

The District maintains a strong academic program serving a racially diverse community. Over 90 percent of the graduates annually pursue post-secondary educational opportunities. The combined SAT score for the 2009 graduating class is 1855, and the composite ACT score is 23.8. The Class of 2010 has 19 National Merit semi-finalists, 2 National Achievement finalists, and 2 National Hispanic Recognition Scholars.

Due to retirements, the District seeks energetic and visionary candidates for administrative positions for 2010-2011. The successful candidates will have appropriate certification, demonstrable leadership skills, administrative experience, experience in diverse school settings, and a knowledge base appropriate to the content area of each position. Special Education

The compensation and benefits package for this position will be highly competitive for the Chicago suburban area.
